Footbellas FC Training Programme Terms

These terms apply to participation in the Footbellas FC Training Programme for the 2026/27 season.

The Footbellas FC Training Programme is delivered by Footbellas Ltd.

By registering your daughter for the programme, you agree to the following terms.

1. Training programme

The programme runs from 3rd September 2026 to 24th June 2027, with training taking place on scheduled Thursday evenings during the season.

Training sessions take place from 6:30pm–8:00pm at:

St George’s College
Weybridge Road
Addlestone
Surrey
KT15 2QS

Training dates are published within the Footbellas FC Training FAQs in the Parent Hub on our website.

We will let parents know as soon as reasonably possible if there are any changes to the scheduled training dates or arrangements.

2. Training fee

For a player attending for the full September to June programme, the total training fee is £500.

This is payable in 10 monthly instalments of £50, from September 2026 to June 2027.

There are no payments in July or August.

The monthly payments are equal instalments towards the overall cost of the training programme. They are not calculated according to the number of training sessions taking place within an individual calendar month.

3. Payment by standing order

Training fees should be paid by monthly standing order directly to Footbellas Ltd.

Payments are due on the 5th of each month, beginning on 5th September 2026. The final scheduled payment for players remaining in the programme for the full season will be 5th June 2027.

Parents are responsible for setting up, amending and cancelling their standing order with their bank.

If a payment is missed or delayed, please contact us. Where a payment remains outstanding, we will contact you and provide a reasonable opportunity for the payment to be brought up to date before a player's place may be suspended.

4. Cancelling before the programme starts

If your daughter is no longer able to join the programme, please let us know by emailing footbellas@gmail.com before the first training session on 3rd September 2026.

No training fee will be payable where a place is cancelled before the programme begins.

5. Leaving the programme during the season

We understand that circumstances can change.

If you wish to withdraw your daughter from the programme after it has started, please provide 30 days' written notice by emailing footbellas@gmail.com.

The notice period will begin on the date we receive your email. Any monthly instalment that falls due during the 30-day notice period will remain payable. No further instalments will be due once the notice period has ended.

Parents are responsible for cancelling their standing order once the final payment due has been made.

If a payment is made after your payment obligation has ended, please contact us and any amount that is not due will be refunded.

6. Sessions missed by a player

Training fees are not normally refunded or credited where a player is unable to attend an individual session due to illness, holidays, school commitments or other personal circumstances.

A player's place within the programme, together with the associated coaching and programme provision, remains in place whether or not she attends every session.

If your daughter is unable to participate for an extended period due to injury, illness or other exceptional circumstances, please get in touch. We’ll be happy to discuss the situation with you and, where appropriate, arrange a refund for any future sessions she is unable to attend.

7. Sessions cancelled by Footbellas

Occasionally, a training session may need to be cancelled because of circumstances such as severe weather, venue closure, coach availability or another event outside our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, we will arrange an alternative session and will give parents as much notice as we can.

If Footbellas permanently cancels a scheduled session and we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, we will provide a refund reflecting the value of the training that has not been provided.

8. Changes to training arrangements

We may occasionally need to make reasonable changes to the training pitch, venue, time or schedule.

Where this happens, we will give parents as much notice as reasonably possible.

If we make a significant ongoing change to the programme that materially affects your daughter's ability to attend, please contact us. Where a reasonable alternative cannot be provided, you will be able to withdraw your daughter without being required to make further payments for training that will not be provided.

9. Player information

Parents are responsible for ensuring that the information provided on their daughter's Footbellas FC Training Programme Player Form is accurate and kept up to date.

Please let us know promptly if there are any changes to your daughter's:

  • medical conditions, allergies, injuries or additional needs;

  • parent/guardian or emergency contact information; or

  • authorised collection arrangements.

Updates can be sent to footbellas@gmail.com.

10. Player safety and behaviour

We want Footbellas FC to provide a positive, safe and supportive environment for every player.

We may need to suspend or end a player's participation in the programme where this is reasonably necessary because of a serious safeguarding or safety concern, serious misconduct, or persistent behaviour that adversely affects the safety or experience of other players.

Where appropriate, we will discuss any concerns with the player's parent or guardian before taking this step.

If Footbellas ends a player's participation, no fees will be charged for training that will no longer be provided. Where a payment has already been made for training that will not be provided, an appropriate refund will be made.

11. Personal information

Personal information provided to Footbellas will be used to administer your daughter's participation in the programme and to help us provide a safe and appropriate training environment.

We will handle personal information in accordance with the Footbellas Privacy Policy, available on our website.

12. Our responsibility to you

Footbellas Ltd will provide the training programme with reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights or limits any responsibility that Footbellas Ltd cannot lawfully exclude.

If you have any questions about the training programme, payments or these terms, please contact:
