Meet The Team

Bekki Orlando

Co-Founder

Created in 2021, Footbellas was built on a vision to make football more accessible for girls, regardless of their ability, within a fun and pressure-free environment.

Since then, our ethos and approach have shaped a platform that has supported girls in our community to build confidence, develop self-belief and enjoy football from a young age.

As Footbellas has grown, we’ve continued to create opportunities for girls across schools, clubs and community settings. This includes Bellas’ Ballers, after-school clubs, holiday camps and more recently Play Her Way - our school-based workshop and programme designed to support girls’ confidence, engagement and enjoyment of football during the secondary years.

Rachel Payton

Co-Founder

Since launching Footbellas, we have had the privilege of being part of the continued growth of girls’ football, seeing more girls develop a passion for the game and greater opportunities to take part from a young age.

Through Footbellas, we are proud to have supported girls in our local community to build confidence and enjoy football in a positive, inclusive environment.

As we continue to grow, our focus remains on creating environments where girls feel supported and able to thrive. This now includes Bellas’ Ballers, after-school clubs, holiday camps and Play Her Way - our school-based workshop and programme designed to support girls’ confidence, engagement and enjoyment of football during the secondary years.
